FAMILY. COMMUNITY. FUTURE.
Why i’m running
“I’d like to put my track record of leadership, attention to detail, and consensus building into improving the town for our future.”
I believe that local government is where the most collaborative and impactful work can be done. Everyone wants a clean environment, safe roads, and shared community resources that are a source of pride. When we sit down with our neighbors and talk face-to-face about what we value, we can achieve the balance we need. We can deliver on Grafton’s promise of a “Quality Life, Naturally.”
Meet Nick
My wife Shannon and I moved to the town more than twelve years ago, and we’ve put down our roots here - as professionals, parents, town citizens, and friends. I’ve spent my time in Grafton as a software engineer, at-home parent, and community organizer. The Town has been incredibly supportive to my family at each step of that journey.
What’s important
Families
We must welcome new families and businesses into the town, with the best possible community services through collaboration with our neighbors.
Nature
We must strive to protect our natural habitats and historic sites, for the benefit of both native wildlife and our own future generations.
Efficiency
We must find every possible efficiency to keep our property taxes affordable in the face of rising costs everywhere - without slashing vital community resources.
